Burris, who was handpicked by his white hero Rob Blagojevich last year to replace Barack Obama, but was classified as “too black and too proud” by Harry “Negro dialect” Reid, won’t run for re-election because he’s just “too black and too proud” to raise funds to compete with with the white man.
