White Collar Criminals Rejoice! Eric Holder Will Be Appointed

The senate judiciary committee has endorsed Eric Holder’s appointment to become Attorney General under President Barack Obama with an overwhelming vote of 17-2. The two senators who voted against Holder are Republican Senators John Cornyn of Texas who demanded that Holder not proceed with any torture prosecutions, not that he would, and Tom Coburn of Oklahoma.
